Denim and Scarves
It feels like it’s been forever. Here’s day 12/outfit 12. Between the weekend and Valentines, I didn’t have time to take pictures and frankly they weren’t that interesting. Though I might put those outfits back on and take pics, because they were 30×30 pieces.

I realize that lots of black has entered this challenge. I am determined to add more color to my spring wardrobe. Its so much easier in the spring and summer anyway.
Late Saturday
Today was Saturday. I worked. I woke up late, this is what I wore.

Shoes: Black Pointed Flats from Payless
Scarf: F21 Grey/Green Infinity Scarf
Earrings: Black Chandelier Bead Earrings
So ends Day 11.
Mix it up..FBFF and Day 10
This week’s FBFF was all about color. Which I happened to wear a little of today so let’s mix it up with FBFF and Day 10….
1. What color dominates your closet?
Sadly, Black. I have way to much of it. Other than that. A Lot of teal and pink. I’m definitely not afraid of color though I stick with black too much.
2. If money weren’t an issue how would you change the color emphasis
in your closet?
Yes. I would buy more designer dresses with more patterns and color. Simple as that.
3. What is your mantra about mixing colors?
I’m not a big color mixer. I add a pop to solid color outfit. Or match exactly. Not very inventive.
4. For you, how do you incorporate color into your outfits?
Read above. Just pops now and then are daring enough for me.
5. Which blogger(s) do you think do a good job of incorporating color
into their wardrobe?
The obvious and completely right answer is Suze of Miss Vinyl Ahoy. No one can match or be as daring as her when it comes to color. Completely jealous and awed!

I’m kinda bored, does it show in my clothes?
Today I took 9 pictures. Then immediately changed into sweats. Its just one of those kind of days. So I’m thinking that some of my 30×30 choices were too plain. I accounted more for warm weather rather than cold weather. Which doesn’t work on days like we’ve been having. My sheer tops don’t do anything and that leaves me with two cardis, including this one which is way boring.

Jeans: JBrand Denim Leggings (I realize I wear these ALOT)
Boots: Steve Madden Cadence Boots
The only thing that was remotely interesting about this outfit was the necklace. It was handmade by an actor about 3 years ago in the Texas Shakespeare Festival. I bought it in the gift shop.
I’ve only worn it a few times and it really did dress up this sweater. Thank goodness.

…I promise tomorrow I’ll put way more effort into my clothes. I’ve still got some skirts I haven’t worn yet.
